We only collect business data and end-user data if it is explicitly provided by the client or as necessary to deliver the AI chatbot service. We do not access or collect any information from your website or systems that is not already available to the public without your consent.
a. Client Information (You, the Subscriber)
We may collect the following information if provided during onboarding or use of the service:
Full name and contact details
Business name and website
Billing information (processed via third-party payment processors)
Account login details
Any additional business information/data not available to the public
b. End User Information (Your Customers)
When end users interact with the AI agent embedded on your website, Instagram account, Messenger account, Facebook account, or WhatsApp number the following data may be processed if enabled by the client:
Chat interactions and queries
Technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, device info, device location)
Usage behaviour and interaction logs
Note: All data from end users is collected only to the extent necessary for providing the chatbot’s services and is never collected without the client’s implementation and approval. This approval is given by every client automatically when the subscription service contract is signed, unless client stated otherwise beforehand.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the information to:
Deliver and maintain our AI chatbot/agent service
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
Improve chatbot/agent performance and accuracy
Send important service updates or notifications
Comply with legal obligations

Client account data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for up to 30 days after cancellation
End user interaction data may be anonymized and used to improve AI performance, unless otherwise requested
